Where does your store ship from?

Do you have a physical store?

We don’t have a physical store but we are in over 300 boutiques across the world. Check our Shop Us IRL page. We also do unique events such as music festivals, craft fairs, and pop up shops! 

What materials are used to make the jewelry?

Our jewelry pieces are made with genuine crystals, gold-filled, 14k gold plated , sterling silver, and other ethically sourced materials. Check the product description of the jewelry item for the material details of that piece. 

Will my jewelry piece tarnish?

Moisture and water may affect the longevity of the piece unless it’s solid gold. (i.e. water, lotions, hair spray, perfumes, sweat, etc) Once you take proper care of your items, the pieces should last a very long time as we create with a very thick gold plating (.05-1 micron thick with an additional protective coating)

What is the store’s return & exchange policy?

We want you to be absolutely in love with your Bittersweet jewelry. Therefore, we extend to you a 14 day return/exchange policy. Please contact us at customerservice@bittersweetjewelry.com 

Do you accept orders outside of the US?

Of course! Bittersweet cargo loves to travel the world. Just make sure to select the international shipping option at check out. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once packaged with love, orders are off on their voyage to you. Processing time takes 24hrs Monday-Friday. Standard shipping can take anywhere between 1-7 days for domestic orders. All international orders generally can take anywhere between 7-21 days.
