Not loving your piece? No problem!
We allow a 14 day return policy from the time you receive your piece. Return your piece and be refunded for the total product price that you paid minus the shipping cost. Please include your name and order number with the return package. We cover the shipping cost of returning your item for unworn and/or broken items. Please email us at customerservice@bittersweetjewelry.com if you are deciding to return an item for a refund.
Want to exchange your piece?
You can exchange your piece for another item of lesser or equal value or pay the difference for a different piece that costs a bit more! We cover the shipping cost of exchanging your item once it's unworn & unused.
Received a damaged/defect product? Your piece unexpectedly broke?
We are so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item for us to correct the order for you!
Please treat your product with love and care! The crystals used in many of the designs are raw from nature and therefore can be a bit fragile. Damages caused by improper care are not our responsibility.
